This is an impromptu performance of some Norwegian Fiddle Tunes (Finn Jenta & Gammalvals) arranged by Deborah Greenblatt of Greenblatt & Seay Our friends Doree Huneven and Donna Calacone were visiting from Maryland; it was nice to have another fiddle and guitar, if only for two days.....Bert is playing his new Kung bass recorder; I believe it's cherrywood. We decided to call ourselves the Kaleidoscope Consort for this session, although we don't know when we'll have a chance to meet again:)

Cool.  What's the title of the pieces?  I like the second one in particular.  And what is that instrument he's playing?  Is it homemade?  Wood or pvc?  Just wondering.  I'm not that well versed in the particular woodwinds, although woodwinds are my second favorite next to strings.
