Well, collaboration means working together, so if you don't know how to collaborate effectively then you might want to go back to kindergarten and re-learn some basic "play well with others" skills. Like sharing. Or asking nicely.

"Diva behavior" can be useful at times ~ I'd say it's about the same as a respectable New York hissy fit. However, that doesn't work where I live now.

I think playing any instrument can really bring out your emotions... which is a good thing. Even frustration is good sometimes. So I'd call that "artistic temperament" ...... but maybe "diva behavior" is when you take it a little too far. =)

I think it's very important to start off without putting pressure on ourselves. All pressure all the time would make me want to quit!
