Practicing fast passages
Has anyone run across a technique for practicing fast or agile passages called "looping"? (Not electronic looping).

Sure, if by looping you mean playing one little bit over and over.

Actually it has do do with playing the passage backwards. This is in addition to playing the passage a number of different ways, including working on small segments,
