All Things Strings

I have a suggestion for the Events page on the ATSC. It would be suitable to have the list of events sorted by maybe the most recent additions or the most 'current' events! I added today an event happening this weekend and when you go to the page, there are still some events from June and July and you need to scroll a way down to see the future events.

I'm not too sure if they are still displayed because the expiry date entered by the user is 2010 while the event is probably for a very short period (a concert or festival event). Probably you can even limit the event period for a certain maximum:

Cheers!

The software we use for website makes the most recent 10 event postings show up. Unfortunately as there aren't that many events posted coming up, it shows the last 10 (including past dates).

So as not to confuse our members, I'll delete the events that have passed. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Probably also a note to users to enter the exact beginning and especially END DATE. I've noticed some events had something like a 1 year time-frame entered while the event is only for a weekend of so.

Thank you,

Eddy
